After breakfast, we sat around the tables and shared. Several of the staff shared thankfulness for our coming. We are grateful to have come and served.
It was a morning full of emotions. We were blessed by the Proyecto Libertad Staff. Working with them was just like working with family. The Lord has built the staff there and He is still building. One or two from our team are considering serving there for longer periods of time.
We headed to the boats and made the trip back to Cartagena.
We loaded up the bus and headed to the hotel. We unloaded and got our rooms. After some down time, we walked in the Bocagrande area to eat lunch, and see the sights. I spend some time getting to know a former PL staff member and friend of the Silvas. We had some good conversations during the day.
In the afternoon, we all loaded up in taxis and headed into the old town part of the city. We went shopping and enjoyed walking down the streets to Crepes and Waffles. It is a South American chain that has great food. It was was an extremely full day and we were blessed.
