Well I shared a little in my blog yesterday about finding some music on iTunes. I wanted to expand on that. I’ve listened to that album 3x since then, The album is “For This My Body Was Made” by Poured Out Like Wine and Watershed Red. They are 2 worship teams from a church. This album was put out in 2003. It contains worshipful and awesome lyrics. I wish I could find the lyrics on line. The music is acoustic combining guitars, bass, drums, xylophones, saxophone, and other things. The worship is raw and honest. It is not over produced. It feels like you are there in a service. It has blessed my soul.
The second album is one I picked up because we have done several songs in our church. it is “Living For You” by Gateway Worship. It is upbeat and energy filled worship. It is a big sound. These 2 albums draw you into worship in different ways but both are great. I encourage you to check them both out in iTunes (click the title and it will take you there).
