    I had a great time with family for Thanksgiving.  I went to Mom & Dad’s Tues. after work.  Mary Etta (Grandmother Gentry) and my Aunt Mary Ann were there.  We had a good meal and fellowship around the table.  Wed. I did laundry and relaxed.  That night was the service & lovefeast at King Moravian.  Thursday we head down to Matthews for Thanksgiving at Joe & Kathy’s.  Beth was there.  Jennifer was in from grad. school and Cliff (who is in the Navy) came in.  We had a great time talking and getting the food ready.  We had some good conversations, watched a movie and walked around the neighborhood.  Friday I slept in a little.   I did do a little looking around at several places for a “Jesus is the reason for the season” or nativity scene sign for my window in my sun room.  No luck.  I washed Mom & Dad’s car and did odds and ends.  That night we had supper at Mary Etta’s and put up her Christmas tree.  Saturday Mom & I headed down to Lexington.  We stopped in to see Grandmother at the physical therapy center.  She is doing well and will be coming home on Tues.  Then we headed to her house.  We cleaned, put up the Christmas tree, and did other things around the house.  Mom, my Aunt Donna & I had lunch at Speedy’s BBQ and did some shopping.  We picked up Grandmother and headed back to the house.  We had a great time at supper.  Dad came down.  We had my Aunt Donna & Uncle Harley, Uncle Roger, my Cousin Wes and his wife Kristi and my cousin Adam.  My great uncle Bobby came too.  Today we go up and ate breakfast.  I packed up and then we all went to church.  After church we had lunch and I headed back home.  I unpacked and had a nice nap.  I’ve caught up on emails, some TV and relaxed this evening.
    I’ve had a great Thanksgiving break.  I’m blessed with a great family and I’m so glad I got to spend so much time with them.  I’m blessed and extremely thankful!
