    It was a delayed opening day at school.  We had our lock-down, evacuation, and safe schools training today.  The morning was a rush to get attendance done.  The afternoon however was great.  I was able to accomplish much and talk with different people.  After work, I ran some errands and then headed home.  I just relaxed tonight and watched PBS.  I’m looking forward to next week TV-wise.  A lot of my shows are coming back, but the real reason is on PBS.  Ken Burns’ new documentary “The War” starts Sunday night and runs through Wed.  It then continues the following Sunday through Tuesday.  I enjoy WWII history especially when told from the people who were a part of it.
